When we found ourselves needing immediate help with an elderly family member, I called several places exploring costs and options. Although not the cheapest, I knew when I hung up the phone with BrightStar that we would contract with them. They bridged a very tough time for us over 2+ months while we arranged for an assisted living facility. We dealt with the owners directly which I really liked, they both have a strong interest in the integrity of the care they offer. The caregivers were great, always professional and always accommodating. We never felt the need to prep or “secure” the house and we would often get texts or calls whenever they felt we should be updated on a situation. During our experience the organization proved to be willing, proficient, and trustworthy, which is exactly what we needed. Bright Star TEAM is fabulous!!! Betsy is such a gifted listener and she is SO compassionate and empathetic. She has a sense of calm in her disposition and voice that allowed me to rest completely in her direction for my mother's care.
