Brian is a native of South Carolina. He became a part of the Home Health Industry in 2018 after working over a decade in sales and marketing. He built and established strong community connections and, despite the pandemic, built momentum and has become one of the leading agencies in the network of BrightStar Care franchisees since 2020. Brian credits his experience in sales and marketing as a cornerstone to the success of BrightStar Care of Columbia. He instills a sense pride and ownership in his team and his enthusiasm for providing the highest quality care is contagious. “People in this business know that when it gets hard, they call BrightStar Care".

Betsy is a native of South Carolina, graduating from prestigious Newberry College with her BSN-RN. She works alongside Brian as our Director of Nursing and elevates BrightStar Care of Columbia beyond traditional home health agencies, allowing us to provide both skilled and non-skilled home care services. Her immense knowledge, patient care experience and calm demeanor are vital to our mission of providing unmatched levels of care and has been responsible for our BrightStar location developing a reputation for handling challenging cases. She and Brian have three children and are active members of their local church community.

Ali was born in Danbury, CT however, grew up in Ambler, PA (outside Philadelphia). She left when she joined the US Air Force in the medical field and has traveled all over the world during her 20+ year career, retiring in 2014. She eventually settled here in Lexington, SC in 2022. She received her BS in Human Resources and MBA in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and has been a part of the BrightStar Team since Jan 2025. She has been working in senior care community since her retirement and feels this is her calling to work with the senior community. She is an active member of veteran community, a die-hard Eagles fan and mom of 2 boys and her new daughter since her oldest got married. She oversees our office, field and office personnel.
