Highly recommend Brightstar Care! We needed urgent 24/7 care for my father-in-law, and Brightstar responded immediately—placing professional, compassionate staff at his side in less than eight hours. The Brightstar nurses treated our dying father with the utmost respect, dignity, and gentle kindness. In his final moments, it was their exceptional and compassionate care that supported and guided our family through his passing. Bright Star was great!! Elaine was more than helpful by juggling our family schedule week by week! She & her gals were so helpful, loving and caring! Elaine was willing to take her time to talk with me..sharing info & simply caring about my mental & emotional state of mind as I navigated thru my husband’s stay at Harrison of Fifth! Two gals that were his Care Providers, Jasmine & Shana, were ALWAYS more than willing to be helpful & caring!! A special bond was built between them & myself that will never be forgotten!! Bob liked them also..which helped his stay at Harrison be a much better experience than it would have been otherwise!! Over all..the experience with Bright Star was extremely rewarding!! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks to all!!

Bright star came through for us right when we needed them! Had a meet and greet set up within a day and aids set up the following week! All the aids have been amazing and go above and beyond!!!

My Dad received excellent consistent care for 2 months! Bright Star has a robust team of the most considerate Care Providers. Every individual that spent time with my Dad cared for him as well as I would've (if not better). We started with needing basic ADL's but Dad progressed to needing more active days. Bright Star Providers were able to adjust/grow with us at every phase of Dad's healing. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Our family used Brightstar for in-home nursing care for our mother. Patti was able to secure nurses to work the same day I called. We settled in to a regular group of nurses and felt that our mom received excellent care. Two nurses in particular really stood out as exceptional: Seth and Tierra. Both gave excellent care, showed tremendous compassion, and treated our mom with dignity. We felt confident that Mom would be in good hands whenever we saw their names on the schedule.
