My nurse is the absolute best!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nikki, the home health nurse with BrightStar who comes to our home each month to provide our daughter’s infusions. She is truly exceptional at what she does and has become such a valued and trusted part of our daughter’s care. From the moment Nikki walks through the door, she brings a sense of calm, kindness, and professionalism that makes what could otherwise be a stressful experience feel so much easier. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and patient. She takes the time to make sure our daughter is comfortable, listens to her concerns, and treats her with genuine care and respect. What stands out most is that she goes far beyond simply providing excellent medical care. She has built a wonderful relationship with our daughter and makes her feel safe and cared for. As parents, knowing that someone so skilled and compassionate is caring for our child means more than we can put into words. We are incredibly grateful for everything she does each month. Nikki is an outstanding nurse and an even more wonderful person. We feel extremely fortunate to have her as part of our daughter’s care team and would recommend her without hesitation. She truly deserves every bit of recognition for the exceptional care she provides.

Great service

She is very professional and kind. You feel comfortable letting her do what she needs to. Super concerned about bacteria and preventing any issues caused by it. I really don’t think I could get better care.

Very kind and caring staff from the office staff to the caregivers. They do a great job in working to ensure good staff to mix and match with care needs. They are highly responsive and make sure than clients are taken care of.

Jaime and her team from BSC were stupendous in providing care during my father’s last days. One aide in particular, Maymie, (sincerely apologize if incorrect spelling), was a gem. She was a “tell me how to help, I’m here as you need and want help” and quiet loving soul. I will be calling on this agency again as needed for my mama.
