Heidi and Korene were proud to take part in the first annual health fair at PAM Rehab Hospital. The event welcomed patients, family members, and hospital staff.
Rehab is often a turning point. A patient is getting stronger, and the family is starting to ask, "What happens when Mom comes home?" Being at the fair gave us the chance to meet those families, answer their questions about in-home care, and share how support at home can make the move from hospital to home smoother.
We also loved connecting with the PAM Rehab staff. The nurses, therapists and case managers there do incredible work, and we're grateful to partner with them in caring for our community.
