Early days for our use of leverage of in home health care from Brightstar, but felt compelled to share my initial positive experience. First, Miranda the intake coordinator/office contact is phenomenal. Patient, takes time to explain everything and gets detailed information and clearly outlines next steps. I wouldn’t call the services affordable, but they are fairly priced for what they are offering so it’s 100% worth it. My father has felt respected and cared for by each nurse that has come out so far. They’ve been communicative, on time, and truly have his safety and best interests at heart. I’m so reassured being out of the area with having the Brightstar team on our team and supporting my dad during his recovery.

I had an outstanding experience with Chianti from BrightStar Care. From the moment she arrived, her knowledge and expertise were immediately reassuring. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and always made sure I felt comfortable and informed. What truly set Chianti apart was how personable and easy she was to talk to. She has a warm, genuine presence that makes you feel cared for on every level. Her compassion, professionalism, and ability to connect made a difficult time so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and would highly recommend Chianti and BrightStar Care to anyone in need of skilled, attentive, and compassionate in-home nursing.
