Nagraj and his wife, Amuda, have been the proud owners of BrightStarCare of Denton since 2021. He has an extensive background in business, and he and Amuda are passionate about making a difference in home care in Denton and Wise counties. They were awarded 'Best of Home Care - Provider of Choice' as well as 'Best of Home Care - Employer of Choice,' and are dedicated to continuing to provide a higher standard in home care.

Amuda and her husband, Nagraj, have been the proud owners of BrightStarCare of Denton since 2021. They are dedicated to offering a higher standard of home care in Denton. They have raised three successful daughters, and know first-hand what it looks like to take care of aging parents which is one reason they are passionate about providing the best possible care for our clients.

Nikita Jasrotia, the youngest daughter of Nagraj and Amuda, proudly serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the family business. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and two Bachelor of Science degrees from UTD—one in Speech Pathology and Audiology, and the other in Child Learning and Development. With nearly a decade of experience in Healthcare IT, she brings both expertise and heart to the organization. Nikita is committed to making a meaningful impact and growing alongside her family.

Karley Monroe, BSN, RN, serves as the Director of Nursing for BrightStar Care of Denton, bringing a strong blend of clinical expertise and educational leadership to our team. Karley leads with compassion, clarity, and a commitment to empowering both clients and nurses. Her focus on quality, communication, and continuous improvement helps ensure every family receives the exceptional, nurse-led care BrightStar is known for.
