How long have you been a Nurse?
I have been a nurse for three years and have experience in both emergency nursing and home health care. My background has allowed me to develop strong clinical judgment, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of patient-centered care across a variety of settings.

At BrightStar Care, I bring experience in skilled nursing, patient assessments, wound care, care coordination, staff support, and a strong focus on quality and safety. My background in emergency nursing has helped me stay calm under pressure, think critically, and respond quickly to patient needs, while my home health experience has strengthened my ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and team members.
What part of your job are you most passionate about?
The part of my job I am most passionate about is supporting both patients and staff. I am passionate about ensuring our patients receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care while also helping nurses and caregivers feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed in their roles.
