Loved the care & kindness that was extended in the care of my dad. Shoutout to Dani who noticed a health issue while in her care. She notified me & dad was taken to emergency & admitted for further evaluation. All of the staff is commended for their kindness & concern. Hands down the best!

Holley does outstanding work. Makes sure my house is always clean and does my dishes. Does my laundry and makes my bed. She goes above and beyond always asks me if there is something else I need done or if she can help me with anything else. I’m am always satisfied when she leaves for the night and know that all my worries are taken care of. She helps make sure my cat Larry is taken care of as well. She always has a wonderful attitude and loves to be here.

Brightstar has been working with our family for a couple years now. They are flexible, always willing to try to make changes to meet the needs and requests of our family. The communication with management and staff is very good. It is comforting to know they have a nurse on staff to help with more complicated health matters, should they arise. Thanks, Brightstar!

Mandi has been wonderful to have around to assist with things such as Cleaning, laundry, occasionally an errand run for groceries, putting lotion on my feet and putting my compression stockings on as well as changing my bedding and especially assisting me getting out of bed in the morning. Essentially anything that requires any type of bending or twisting. Had my entire lumbar spine fused and movement is very difficult even 7 months later. Brightstar is very good at communicating when my regular caregiver is unable to make it and finding a replacement to fill in for the day. Mandi comes 5 times a week in the morning for 1 hour. I was worried that it would be hard to find someone to come every day for only 1 hour but she has been great. Overall experience has been fantastic

A REVIEW FOR BRIGHTSTAR CARE OF (DES MOINES)!!!!!!!! I had an injury on the job, which brought Workman Comp in. They set me up with a company called Brightstar, and my life changed. First, this company assists you in so many, many ways to make your life just a little easier while you are not able to do for yourself. In cleaning, cooking, laundry and errands and more, this is what was taken care of for me. Second, but not least is the personnel. You have a qualified professional RN(Amy) who will assist your injuries and goes beyond the call, you have Home Health aides(Elena, Engine(I am spelling that wrong but wanted to give her recognition) and Katie who come to your home and assist you in every way. Again, errands, shopping, cleaning and cooking if you want, and they are so personable to you, you don't want them to leave. They are also very qualified, too. In the office you have Shea, who will stay on top of things to make sure services go as smooth as possible. I would never want to go through my injury I sustained again, but any injury you have on the job, make sure you ask for (if you can) Brightstar Care of Des Moines. This company gets a 11 out of 10 from me!!!! Thank you Brightstar!!!!!!

I don’t know what I would do without Holley. My wife is in a care facility, and I spend a lot of time there. I haven’t been able to keep up with the tasks around my house. My home is now sparkling clean and she’s even helping me go through my storage and cleaning out those things. I can’t imagine life without her, now. I would recommend BrightStar Care to anyone!
