Since earning my nursing license over 15 years ago, I have built a diverse clinical background that includes case management, in-hospital and outpatient care, surgery and procedures, and leading an in-home dialysis program. I joined the BrightStar Care team in 2024 and transitioned into the Director of Nursing role in 2025, where I focus on ensuring high-quality care delivery, supporting clinical teams, and maintaining strong operational oversight. What I love most about my role is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. I take pride in getting to know our patients, advocating for their needs, and helping them feel confident, informed, and comfortable every step of the way. Supporting my team in delivering that level of care is something that continually inspires me. Outside of work, I value time with my teenage son and enjoy traveling the world and seeking out new adventures.

Hello, I am Ashleigh Huff and I am the Customer Care Manager at BrightStar Care of Des Moines. I received the opportunity to join this great team in February of 2024. I love that I have the opportunity to work for an amazing company with great core values that I can utilize in my everyday working environment with both clients and staff alike. My passion is making a positive influence in the lives of those around me and I get to do just that every day with my role. In my spare time I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.
