BrightStar has been amazing! I hired them a few months ago to provide in-home care for a relative, and I honestly could not be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly communicative, professional, compassionate, and dependable. They are extremely easy to reach, any time of day or night, and I always feel like my questions and concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly. The caregivers have been wonderful and provide not only excellent care, but also genuine kindness, patience, and compassion. Knowing that my relative is in such good hands has given me an incredible sense of reassurance and peace of mind. I have been especially impressed by how responsive and accommodating BrightStar has been whenever something comes up or my needs change. It is obvious that they truly care about the people they serve and dont simply treat this as a job.
