The office staff are available around the clock and are extremely responsive. The caregivers are receptive to communication, and truly care for my mother-in-law. BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg did a great job choosing the right caregivers for our needs. The personalized plan of care is amazing, and the caregivers and staff are always professional and prompt with their communications.

BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg has been extremely reliable, and the office staff are very prompt and easy to get a hold of if I need them. We have tried other agencies before but the caregivers they assigned to take care of my mother did not really care about taking care of their clients. But with BrightStar, my mother likes the caregivers and the level of mental comfort they provide. While the caregivers are there, they have a positive influence on my mother. BrightStar provides a level of comfort when I am out of town, and they follow up and follow instructions. The communication with the office staff has been good.

I enjoy the fact the caregivers have become like friends and family. They sit and talk with my mom and understand her. They have built a relationship with my mom. They also do some cleaning and cooking. The office staff has also provided recommendations to me on how to better care for my mom.

I like that BrightStar’s caregivers are great and loving when they come. They keep my dad happy and when I talked to him, he said that he liked them coming. I like that the office staff is always perky happy, and they call back and help as much as they could.

When it comes to the services provided by BrightStar Care, I just trust them. They listen to me, and my dad really likes the caregivers. Their services have helped me because I know that he is getting the care he needs. The office staff are nice and helpful.

BrightStar has never let us down so I would recommend them. The caregivers will do things without me even having to tell them and overall, everything they have done has been great. Everything my caregiver does is very well in terms of meeting mu husband’s needs, and she does everything that I would do for him and that lets me leave without worrying.  They are so conscious about wearing masks, washing their hands, and locking doors, so that lets me know everything is safe and they take their job very seriously. I also love the office staff as they are very nice and hardworking.
 

We used BrightStar Care since we needed overnight help. My father is up constantly and cannot care for himself, so the caregivers allow us to get some sleep. BrightStar’s caregivers are just some of the most caring people I’ve ever met. The individuals are all gold in my book.

Each of the caregivers that came from BrightStar were really good, really high-quality. There were three separate women who came in and they were all wonderful. They were so good to my dad; they were so patient. They knew how to approach him, and they developed a good rapport with him. The office staff made all the difference. They were really good at listening to me and at dealing with my problems. They would always answer the phone. They were an excellent company to work with.
