My brother, 2 sisters and I recently used BrightStar-Fremont to provide 24/7 care for our 93 year old mother who had been placed into in-home hospice care. Dalaney handled a request for their services on Thursday afternoon, and owing to the rapidly declining health of Mom, agreed to meet with family members on Saturday afternoon to assess our needs and develop a comprehensive care plan to meet the needs of Mom and us. They had a caregiver onsite on Monday at 9 am, then rotated personnel as needed to provide 24 hr care. The caregivers were very considerate of both the patient and the needs of the family members to be with her as much as possible. Alana (one of the owners) and her twin sister dropped off flowers to the residence on Wednesday afternoon as they had heard that Mom was declining rapidly, and she passed later that evening. Then on Thursday, they brought food for family members to help get through their grief. It should be noted that 3 other providers were contacted based on input from hospice; 2 declined to offer 24/7 patient care and the other company simply did not call back! I'm glad we found BrightStar-Fremont to help us transition through this ordeal. We rate this company very highly based on their prompt response and exceptional service!!

BrightStar Care of Fremont is an excellent home care agency with an outstanding team of staff from the owner to the caregivers. Owner Amanda is great with site assessment and is sensitive to my health issues and care needs. Coordinator Dalaney is responsive to my questions and needs for additional care such as care needed for a hospital visit and transportation. Nurse Kara and my caregivers Tori, Nicole, and Rachel are professional and caring staff who provide great care services. All and all, thank you Fremont BrightStar Care !
