I have been using BrightStar for a couple of years for home infusions, after 20 years of getting infusions in a lab with about 10 other patients at a time. One-on-one care with BirghtStar is a huge improvement. Previously, I had a 30 minute drive each way and now they come to my home. I don't have to wait my turn to get checked in and hooked up. I don't have to answer personal questions in a room where there's basically an audience hearing my private medical information. I also don't have to get weighed like cattle in front of other people and have said weight announced. I'm really appreciative of how efficient and kind the office staff are. Deliveries are always on time. They are flexible when changes need to be made, and you never have to stress over the details. My nurse, Jo, is the best. I wouldn't want anyone else for my infusions. I have weird veins, but she does a great job finding them. She follows protocol to the letter for administration and monitoring. You're safe with her. If I need to reschedule, it's never a problem. I have had to alternate between 3 different locations and she rolls with it each time. The best thing about Jo is she's good people. She cares for you and about you. I look forward to her visits, and I consider her a friend. I wouldn't want anyone else caring for me. I highly recommend BrightStar services.
