With a career spanning over a decade, Sara has honed her skills in various aspects of healthcare administration, including payroll management and billing processes. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to efficiency have been instrumental in streamlining operations and ensuring smooth financial workflows within the organization. Sara brings a wealth of experience to her role as Branch Manager at BrightStar Care.

In her role as Branch Manager at BrightStar Care, Sara is dedicated to upholding the company's commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families in need. With her expertise, passion, and dedication, Sara is instrumental in ensuring that BrightStar Care remains a beacon of excellence in the healthcare industry.

Cara Macon is a devoted healthcare professional with a steadfast commitment to serving those in need within the industry. Since joining BrightStar Care in 2018, Cara has brought her unique blend of expertise in medical social work, business acumen, and unwavering compassion to her role as Regional Director of Operations.

With dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Business Administration, Cara possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and administrative aspects of healthcare. Her journey in the field has equipped her with invaluable insights into the challenges faced by patients and caregivers alike, driving her passion for making a meaningful difference in their lives.

At BrightStar Care, Cara's focus extends beyond the traditional boundaries of her role. While ensuring operational excellence across her region, she remains steadfast in her commitment to improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall quality of care delivered to clients.

As Regional Director of Operations, Cara is dedicated to upholding BrightStar Care's mission of providing compassionate, person-centered care to individuals and families in need. Her strategic vision, coupled with her deep empathy for those she serves, makes her an invaluable asset to both the organization and the community it serves.

Christina joined the BrightStar Care team in 2017. She was new to the Home Health industry but soon found her niche. She started as an administrative assistant and was quickly promoted to Human Resource Director. Christina graduated from Faulkner State University with her Associate Degree and is currently working on obtaining her Bachelor's in Health Care Administration to pursue her passion. Christina enjoys spending time with her family, going to the mountains, and cooking.

Kasey began her career with BrightStar Care in July of 2018. She is responsible for scheduling field staff, managing customer/client relations, client care standards, and ensuring the branch meets and exceeds customer/employee expectations. Kasey’s compassion for helping people along with her interest in healthcare has enabled her to excel in her career at BrightStar by improving the lives of those we serve by ensuring they receive the coverage and care they need

Matthew began his career with BrightStar Care in February of 2022. His professional background is in healthcare and customer service. Matthew has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently working on his master’s degree from the University of South Alabama. When he isn't working, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and new puppy, Levi.
