Dana, our Chief Financial Officer and co‑owner, brings more than three decades of comprehensive financial expertise to the organization. Her background spans public accounting, business valuation, auditing, and financial management. She has worked as a certified public accountant and has held key leadership roles, including Executive Accountant and Controller within healthcare and therapy organizations. In these positions, she oversaw budgeting, payroll, financial reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Known for her precision, professionalism, and strong analytical skills, Dana supports organizational goals with a methodical, solutions‑oriented approach. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a double major in Finance.

Outside of work, Dana enjoys spending time with her family—including her four sons, their wives, and her grandchildren. She loves traveling, walking, and occasionally hiking, always finding opportunities to stay active and explore new places.

As Branch Manager of the Scottsdale office, he brings nearly two decades of healthcare expertise to the team. With 18 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, he's developed a sophisticated understanding of patient needs and a reputation for delivering excellence. Christopher believes that while every stage of life presents unique challenges, there is always a path toward a solution. He is deeply committed to providing the compassionate, personalized care that ensures every client we serve feels seen, heard, and supported. When he's not in the office, you’ll likely find him working out or enjoying quality time with his family, as he believes staying active and connected is the best way to recharge.

Tracy brings over 22 years of nursing expertise and has dedicated her career to helping others. She has a strong foundation in working with others and showing compassion and empathy to her clients. She spent 10 years at a level 1 trauma center where she learned critical thinking skills. Tracy also worked 12 years in hospice, where she learned patience, advocacy and how to think out of the box. Tracy strives for excellence and improving client outcomes while being focused on patient-centered care. Her goal is to give the highest quality of care by hiring the best nurses for Brightstar.

Betzaida "Chai" Villavert brings over 10 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, and client relations to the BrightStar Care team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Human Resource Associate (CHRA) certification, she leverages her strong understanding of human behavior to connect the right people with the right opportunities. Her experience in full-cycle recruiting, along with her background in customer-focused roles, allows her to balance technical hiring needs with a compassionate, people-first approach.

Betzaida believes that building strong teams starts with meaningful connections. She is passionate about helping individuals grow in their careers while supporting BrightStar’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Her goal is to bring in dedicated healthcare professionals who make a positive impact in the lives of the clients and families we serve.

With 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Jody is passionate about building strong community partnerships and connecting families with compassionate, personalized in-home care that supports independence and dignity. A longtime Arizona resident since 1999, Jody brings dedication and insight to ensuring clients receive reliable, high-quality support tailored to their needs. As a devoted wife and mother of two, she draws genuine inspiration from helping families thrive at home, just as she values for her own loved ones.

With a robust background spanning 13 years in acute care nursing and home health, Katie possesses a unique blend of expertise. Her extensive experience equips her to effectively address the chronic health requirements of our patients while remaining attentive to emergent acute situations and adeptly managing them. Though her journey began in hospital settings, she found her true passion in home health. Katie's goal is to uphold safe patient practices and deliver care that exceeds expectations, ensuring optimal well-being for those under our care.

Trisia serves as a Customer Care Manager with 20 years of experience in home health care. She started her career as a caregiver and has continued to learn and grow her knowledge by working in multiple positions. She truly enjoys the work she does, and loves helping clients stay in their homes and remain as independent as they can. Her goal is to continue to learn and to work collaboratively with their caregivers to ensure they continue to provide the best care for their clients.

Kassandra serves as a Service Coordinator/Skilled Scheduler. She brings a strong foundation to the role, having previously served as an Operations Manager for over 4 years at another company. She possesses excellent analytical and planning skills, along with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.

Angelina Quinonez serves as the Administrative Assistant. After spending the last 14 years in an education or legal profession, she made the choice to pursue a new and rewarding career. Currently, she is in the process of completing her bachelor’s degree in business administration, which she knows will be a great benefit in this field. During her free time, she loves to hike with friends, read, and travel with her husband.
