What Experience do you Bring to BrightStar Care?

Our clients turn to us for assistance with care for a loved one when they and/or their family members cannot longer do it by themselves any longer. Our more fortunate clients have family members who help with the care and we are there to fill in the gaps. For other clients, who may not have relatives who live nearby, our caregivers become their family members and provide hands on care to them. I take great pride in the fact that our office is comprised of very diverse and compassionate group of people and that we have won a number of customer and employee satisfaction awards. I am also honored to be able to say that our local office is Dementia Certified office through BrightStar Care and that we also have additional capacity to educate our clients, their family members and our referral sources about dementia using a process called Virtual Dementia Tour..  Our local office is also a Joint Commission Accredited organization and we are always striving to provide a higher standard of care.
