You do not need a formal license in the state of Wisconsin to work as a non-medical caregiver. However, certified nursing assistants (CNAs) and home health aides (HHAs) must complete state-approved training programs to work as in-home caregivers.  

In addition, BrightStar Care of Hudson requires that all caregivers have current CPR certification and pass a background check, drug screen, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
