My wife, Lee, has Dementia with extreme memory issues. Jasmin has provided our home with outstanding care and understanding for Lee's challenges. Jasmin helps so much with all the female things that that include hair washing and styling, helping with dressing, laundry, showers, walking with Lee for reasonable distances and generally conversing with an understanding to accommodate much repetition with kind patience.

BrightStar has done a great job for our family helping us take care of our mother! Their caregivers, office staff, communications, compassion, assistance, professionalism, and even their paperwork is 10 stars out of 10! We have been with them over 2 years now & they have been such a blessing to us! We interact with most of their back office staff along with Mom’s caregivers, Natalie, Maria, Jen & Sam. Natalie, Maria, Jen & Sam are amazing! Their level of detail with all of Mom’s daily needs is outstanding. Both Natalie & Maria’s communications with our family bring us such comfort that Mom is being well taken care of when family members can’t be there. All their staff are excellent! They are available by phone 24/7 & no matter who on staff answers, they help us. The scheduling team, Jovie, Cindy, Dee, Diana & Sam are great. Meg does a great job with the weekly billings. Nurse Debbie checks in on Mom every month to make sure everything is running smooth. The compassion starts at the top for this company with their owner Lori. Service was urgently needed when my mom came home from rehab and still needed care. We called on a Saturday, and they started coming to assist on Sunday with an RN to evaluate her, and the support staff we needed. THANK YOU!
We have been using them for three weeks now, and will be ending soon, but wanted to say this service is great for anyone who needs a little extra support at home to finish recovery and get back on their feet. They have been attentive, communicative, responsive to our requests and needs, were willing to adjust days/hours based on my mom's needs, and they have several payment options.
