In 2024, I am committed to bringing to our customers an understanding of what it takes to deliver home care at a higher standard.
"Behind the scenes" showcases my team members who demonstrate our core values in delivering home care - open and positive, serving with passion and doing what you say.
Here, we meet Vishani who spends her day looking for great caregivers for our clients. This is what she spends her day obsessing about. She recruits every day she can. She interviews every day she can. She orients every day she can. She connects with training schools and universities. (There is a link to her video at the end of this).
Only about 10 percent of the candidates she finds will make it through her rigorous filtering process. And after they have passed the background checks, she matches the right caregiver with the right client personality.
This is what it means to have someone on the team that takes her job to heart. This is what it means to have someone on the team that understands what our job is.
Delivering home care at a higher standard is not an easy task. What Vishani does makes it possible to find the highest quality caregivers for our clients.
