Rawah is wonderful to work with. As a beginner navigating care service requests, she stepped in right away and helped me sort everything out, quickly identifying the issues. Rawah, along with Helen and Lina, took great care of the patient and did an excellent job. Rawah is proactive when it comes to patient care. She consistently coordinates with the nurse to ensure everything is in order. If she notices anything unusual in the patient's condition, she promptly and diligently informs both the caretaker and the nurse, ensuring that the right attention is given. This was our first time taking care of someone who was bed-ridden and required support from occupational and physical therapy. Rawah made the experience so much more manageable and reassuring. She’s incredibly patient, attentive, and always punctual. Truly a wonderful person to work with—highly recommended!
