Rawah Hassan is the dynamic and sharp-witted CEO and owner of BrightStar Care of Irving/Dallas Metro, overseeing all aspects of the business to ensure exceptional home care services for every patient. With over a decade of business experience, she is committed to applying her expertise to serve the community and enhance the quality of care.

As the oldest of six siblings, Rawah has spent her life taking care of others—something that translates seamlessly into her leadership and dedication to BrightStar Care. Family is at the heart of everything she does, both personally and professionally. She is a proud mother of two daughters, one of whom is her Director of Digital Marketing, making their shared commitment to the business even more special. Whether leading her team or spending time with loved ones, Rawah’s warmth, strength, and passion for caregiving shine through in all she does.

 

Juanita brings extensive clinical expertise to BrightStar Care, with a background in Tracheostomy and Ventilator Nursing. She specializes in wound care, IV therapy, respiratory and cardiac care, and dialysis, providing compassionate and skilled support to patients with complex medical needs.

She received her nursing education from Galen College of Nursing in Richardson, TX, and is continuing her studies to pursue a Master’s degree. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Juanita combines her advanced training with a natural passion for helping others.

From a young age, she knew she was called to healthcare, finding joy in problem-solving and the reward of seeing her patients improve in their health. Outside of work, Juanita enjoys learning to golf, cooking, and watching foreign films.

Preeti Gogineni brings both clinical expertise and strong leadership to her role as Director of Operations at BrightStar Care. She holds a Master’s degree in Biological Sciences and is a Certified Medical Assistant, giving her a well-rounded foundation in healthcare. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, she manages HR functions including staff training and care coordination, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.

Passionate about connecting with people, Preeti values the opportunity to support both clients and staff in meaningful ways. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and exploring new places, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow.

Leena Yassin is the Director of Digital Marketing for BrightStar Care of Irving/Dallas Metro, leading strategic growth and outreach initiatives to better serve patients and referring partners. With a focus on digital innovation, she enhances BrightStar Care’s visibility and engagement, ensuring families and healthcare providers connect with top-quality home health services. Her expertise plays a vital role in expanding the agency’s reach and strengthening its impact in the communities we serve. 
Beyond marketing, Leena is a multifaceted creative and scholar—she is a musician, a writer, and is currently pursuing a degree in Physics. Her diverse background fuels her analytical thinking and creative approach, allowing her to blend science, storytelling, and strategy in everything she does. Whether shaping digital campaigns or crafting compelling narratives, Leena brings a dynamic and innovative perspective to her work.
