Yes, we have registered nurse (RN) oversight with all of our home care plans and services, providing an additional layer of safety and quality for our clients.

What are your hiring practices for nurses and caregivers?
All nurses and caregivers working at BrightStar Care of Kissimmee / Osceola must be properly trained, certified, and/or licensed in accordance with Florida state law. We also require all employees to have current CPR certification, complete a tuberculosis (TB) test, and pass a background check and drug screen before working with home care clients.
