My father is a Vietnam Veteran with Vascular Dementia. BrightStar is contracted by the VA to offer care to our Veterans in need which is how I met them. I’m so grateful for the care, kindness, attention to details, & partnership I’ve received from BrightStar in caring for my dad. They responded to every need I asked of them for & delivered it in a timely manner with kindness & respect. My father is now in a VA Memory Care Home so our time with BrightStar has ended however I will always be grateful & hold a special place in my heart for their kindness & care for my father!!!

Deeyanna Boyd has been the caregiver for my 79 year old brother for almost a year and has been extremely attentive to all his needs. she is always very accommodating to make sure he is as comfortable as possible, for which he has indicated to me his appreciation for her genuine concern for his well-being. Bright Star is lucky to have her.

Clear communication, good services offerings, prompt responsiveness. All these things are true of this BrightStar's management. But the real test is the caregiver who actually comes and does the work, and boy did we luck out. Ours fit smoothly into the household, made my mother much happier and more comfortable, and made my life as the primary caregiver SO much easier. We did have a couple of subs and evening people over the months we worked with this outfit and they were good too.

In December 2016, Joe Duellman and his wife Helen acquired BrightStar Care La Grange. They made the decision to become involved in Home Health after their own family history dealing with the issues of caring for loved ones moved them to do something about helping families care for dependents in need. We are committed to providing the highest quality care for our patients and maintaining the highest level of service to all of our clients. We are available on a 24/7 basis to serve you, and provide the assurance and security you seek from your Home Health Partner.
