BrightStar Care has been fantastic to work with. I knew from the first phone call that they were the ones. The owner, TJ, responded quickly to my initial call, which a was so impressive because it was late on a Saturday night. She was caring and sincere from the get go. Earnest and honest. She started the evaluation process the next day on a Sunday, coming by the house personally herself. And we had In Home Care ready to go within days. So impressive. The caregivers have been delightful. My father especially loves Norbie and Summer. When they come to the house he says things like, “Oh it’s going to be a great day!”, or “Wow now I really have something to look forward too.”. Very much the responsiveness and flexibility of Bright Star Care. I highly recommend.

Our experience with Brightstar care has been great!! We in particularly we're extremely happy with Micaela. She was compassionate, kind and very detailed in her work. She worked really well with my dad who has dementia and can sometimes be confused. She also has excellent caregiving skills as she was able to maintain his catheter care appropriately and provide basic hygiene and changing. She also maintained my father's dignity in the process always being thoughtful and communicating clearly with him. Ms. Han was also conscientious in her assessment and went out of her way to find a caregiver that worked for our needs. I can't recommend Brightstar and Micaela more. Thank you for helping out when we really needed it!!
