I was looking for short term home care while I waited for approval from a new provider, Neighborhood HealthCare Pace. When searching thru different companies, I'm so glad I found BrightStar! I only needed to use them for one month and I had to pay out of pocket but it was well worth it. What a great care giver company they turned out to be. TJ was awesome and my primary care giver was Kristin P. who was wonderful. She was punctual, caring, compassionate, and provided comfort and emotional support along with the daily chores that I am no longer able to do. I will recommend BrightStar to everyone. Our family had a wonderful experience with TJ at Brightstar and their team. TJ has been very responsive, compassionate, and professional. Our caretaker, Dulce, was very caring, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and dependable. It made bringing our father home and navigating in-home healthcare so much easier for our family. Overnight, we needed 24 hours care for my brother and got bright star. Though we missed one thing in the contract bright star wouldn't do, colostomy bag, they worked with hospice and got it covered. Every person we got was caring, understanding, compassionate. The last person they had when my brother passed I felt her compassion that I had to hug her. Consider bright star 1st in your search and talk with them.

When I was looking for caregiving services, I was exactly where you guys are. Asking AI, researching Yelp reviews and ratings, asking myself the same questions "Is this the right company?" "Will they offer exactly what my Mom needs?" The answer is Yes. TJ and Lea have been so easy to work with and their team of caregivers have been wonderful in their demeanor and professionalism, when you're trusting your loved ones with, and lets be honest, strangers; no one tells you how nerve-wrecking it will be. But I highly recommend BrightStar, and a special shoutout to Rocky for being such a personality to really motivate my Mom to get better. Thank you all!
