BrightStar has exceeded expectations since contracting them in November 2025 to provide in-home, assisted-living health and home care services for my elderly father. Our account manager/primary contact, Trisha, is outstanding--very efficient, effective and 'customer-sat' driven! She is an excellent communicator--she pro-actively reaches out to us and very quickly responds whenever we contact her. Trisha is extremely effective in meeting my father's ever-changing needs, coordinating trial schedules when additional services are needed, staffing multiple shifts seven days a week, and consistently ensuring a skilled, professional staff that meets both his 'health and home' care needs at all times. Trisha visits my father periodically and even visited him when he was in the hospital for a brief stay. My father is very satisfied with BrightStar's services and the entire team. They go over and beyond to customize their care to his unique needs. They are kind and compassionate -- they care.
