When I first came across Brightstar, I immediately noticed it was a different kind of company — I was treated with so much kindness and attention by everyone on the team. For almost three years I have been receiving outstanding care from BrightStar. I have daily caregivers, and in addition, every eight weeks I receive a specialty infusion performed by a nurse from Brighstar's Skilled Nursing Dept. My infusion Is done at home and lasts four days for about five hours each day. In 17 years of receiving home infusions by many nurses one stands out above all the others. I have had the pleasure of having Duy assigned as my infusion nurse for the last year and a half. Duy is not only a true ambassador for BrightStar but for all infusion nurses. He shows up 15 minutes early gathers all of his supplies and can have an Iv completed first stick in less than five minutes. He then arranges everthing in order so that when one part is completed the next is ready to go. From years of experience his work is seamless. . He is courteous and knowledgeable about the whole process and is natural mentor answering any patient's questions. I feel totally comfortable knowing Duy is responsible for my infusions, and thanfful to BrightStar for providing him.

We had good home care when I was injured last January. My husband has the very best infusion nurse anywhere and the icing on the cake is that she's super nice. Love her.

Started my journey with Brightstar from landing in the USA in April 2025 and it's continuing. Must say a great place to work for. The support and cooperation I received from their Talent Acquisition Manager Ms. Cynthia Holder Bombo is commendable. She was with us since we got the visas, giving step by step guidance for the relocation purpose. She received us at the airport and took to the designated hotel which we got from Brightstar for three nights. It's a great support for those who are relocating and have no family in the state selected under the process. After the training and required orientation to start the caregiver job, Cynthia and the team members of Brightstar were there to support me and guide me in this new role and country.
