What a great experience we had using Brightstar to care for my Mom. The Aides treated my mom as if she was part of their family. My Mom could sometimes be tough to care for but they all were so nice to her that she had no choice but to love them. From cooking for her to cleaning her, dressing her, washing her hair, taking her for walks. They did it all and never complained once. My mom grew so attached to them. Once we needed 24 hour care Brightstar did not hesitate and had aides there immediately. I highly recommend Brightstar for the caring of your loved ones

Wonderful and compassionate care! We especially liked Bibata whose care was always so great and she had some great ways to change the sheets with my husband still in the bed. She always kept track of his meals and how much he ate and was wonderful company. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for five star care.

As a senior living community who provides personal care and memory care services we sometimes find ourselves needing a little extra support for residents who need some individualized care and attention as they acclimate to new medications, new environment or have a drastic decline in their disease process.
