Owner, Head of Business Operations and DevelopmentAs Head of Business Operations, Alex oversees the day-to-day functions of the agency, including marketing, growth initiatives, and team leadership. He is quick to credit the incredible efforts of the office staff, caregivers, and nurses— whose hard work recently earned the agency a spot on HomeCare Pulse’s list of the Top 100 Home Care agencies in North America (#57, to be exact). Outside work, Alex enjoys exploring new restaurants with his wife, Katy, and their son, Archie. He also values quality time with friends and family—both locally and down the Jersey Shore—and stays active through his lifelong love of sports, especially cheering on the Phillies, Eagles, and Sixers. -
Toni Puzo
Director of Operations, LPNToni has been with BrightStar Care since 2012, working in various nursing and management roles before growing into her position as Director of Operations. She oversees the daily flow of the agency - from staffing and invoicing to compliance and quality assurance - making sure everything runs smoothly. passionate about building the support our team and caregivers need to thrive and she finds her greatest reward in seeing everyone succeed in making a meaningful difference for the clients we serve. When out of the office, Toni enjoys all things outdoors, spending time with her family, relaxing with her dog, and loudly cheering (sometimes yelling) for the Eagles on game days – win or lose, Go Birds!

Director of Clinical Operations, BSN, RNMeghan joined BrightStar in 2025 as the Clinical Director of Operation and brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her role, including over a decade of ICU experience and 7+ years of homecare management serving people in the communities where she was born and raised! She leads with a compassionate heart and an unwavering commitment to improve the lives of those around her. Her leadership is marked by empathy, dedication, clinical excellence, and a relentless drive to improve the lives of those she serves. Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with close friends and family, working on home improvement projects, is an avid dog lover, and never misses an Eagles game!

Director of Client Outreach & Care Advocacy, LCSWCaroline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in long term care and hospice. As the Director of Client Outreach & Care Advocacy, Caroline manages and maintains relationships with community partners, clients and their families, and professionals in her clients’ care team. What’s important to you is important to her - Caroline works to advocate on your behalf and collaborate with everyone involved in your care to ensure you can achieve your highest level of wellbeing. In Caroline’s free time, she is working on a new knitting pattern, walking in the neighborhood with her husband Will, son Elwin, and dog Turtle, or finishing a puzzle while watching any and all Philly sports.

Case Manager & Clinical Educator, BSN, RNKim joined BrightStar Care in November of 2025. Kimberly is a dedicated nurse with many years of experience primarily in homecare, and has been working as a Clinical Manager and Educator for the past 3 years. She serves as an advocate for our clients and their caregivers by creating and monitoring an individualized plan of care, ensuring that all care is provided at a higher standard. She is passionate about enhancing, designing and implementing educational programs that enhance clinical competencies and promote evidence-based practices. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and friends here and in Florida, and she is especially enjoying spending time with her new grandson JJ.
