Veteran Home Care
Our caregiver and Certified Nursing Aid team are trained to provide home health aid services to manage daily self-care. Outside of being trained on Alzheimer’s and Dementia, our team also provides the following services:- Bathing
- Grooming
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation
Recruiting Veterans
We believe veterans are an invaluable source of leadership and talent. Recruiting veterans begins with appropriate training and being intentional with how we promote positions. It begins with knowledge on understanding and translating military experience to civilian positions.Our recruiter attends annual trainings to better understand a company’s impact on veteran’s transition to civilian life. That training also includes how to understand military positions and ranks and how they apply to positions.
Current Veteran Team Members
Anthony is our current administrator for the Amarillo, TX area communities. Anthony is a Marine Corp Veteran who served 8 years with tours in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Anthony’s military experience has brought strong leadership and team work to our team that has allowed him to consistently accomplish goals.
Paula is our office LVN who is currently pursuing her RN. Paula served 3 years in the Air Force and was stationed in Mildenhall, England. Paula’s experience in the Air Force has given her discipline and never give up attitude.
