Melissa Jones brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare administration, specializing in organizational compliance, team leadership, and process optimization. Throughout her career, she has built strong teams, streamlined workflows, and ensured adherence to state and federal regulations. As Director of Operations, Melissa oversees day-to-day management, implements strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of accountability and compassion across the organization. Her passion for serving others and commitment to operational excellence enable our agency to consistently provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines in the kitchen, and traveling to experience different cultures. 

As Director of Business Development, Ty G. Jones is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with community partners, physicians, and families. With experience as an advisor, advocate, and educator, he is committed to ensuring families are informed about the compassionate, high-quality services our agency provides. Ty is especially passionate about expanding access to care and empowering families to make the best decisions for their loved ones. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys advocating for public education, attending live music events, traveling, and creating lasting memories with family. 

Lakeisha Davis, RN, serves as our Director of Nursing, bringing over 15 years of healthcare experience to the role. She leads our clinical team with a strong commitment to excellence and compassion, ensuring every patient receives safe, individualized, and dignified care. With expertise in patient care management, staff training, and chronic illness support, Lakeisha is dedicated to mentoring nurses and advancing best practices across the agency. She joined our organization to make a meaningful impact in the community and to help build a culture of care rooted in respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Outside of work, Lakeisha enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Pilates, and traveling. 

As Assistant Director of Nursing, Shalarressa Feggett, RN, supports both patients and staff by fostering strong communication and strengthening our nursing team. With a diverse background in cardiothoracic, vascular, and critical care nursing, she brings extensive experience in mentoring and training new nurses, leading clinical education, and serving in unit-based leadership roles. Shalarressa is passionate about helping shape a new agency culture built on compassion and high-quality care. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, attending live music concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
