As Director of Business Development, Ty G. Jones is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with community partners, physicians, and families. With experience as an advisor, advocate, and educator, he is committed to ensuring families are informed about the compassionate, high-quality services our agency provides. Ty is especially passionate about expanding access to care and empowering families to make the best decisions for their loved ones. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys advocating for public education, attending live music events, traveling, and creating lasting memories with family. 

Melissa Jones brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare administration, specializing in organizational compliance, team leadership, and process optimization. Throughout her career, she has built strong teams, streamlined workflows, and ensured adherence to state and federal regulations. As Director of Operations, Melissa oversees day-to-day management, implements strategic initiatives, and fosters a culture of accountability and compassion across the organization. Her passion for serving others and commitment to operational excellence enable our agency to consistently provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new cuisines in the kitchen, and traveling to experience different cultures. 

Lakeisha Davis, RN, serves as our Director of Nursing, bringing over 15 years of healthcare experience to the role. She leads our clinical team with a strong commitment to excellence and compassion, ensuring every patient receives safe, individualized, and dignified care. With expertise in patient care management, staff training, and chronic illness support, Lakeisha is dedicated to mentoring nurses and advancing best practices across the agency. She joined our organization to make a meaningful impact in the community and to help build a culture of care rooted in respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Outside of work, Lakeisha enjoys spending time with her family, practicing Pilates, and traveling. 

Bre’shell Joseph brings several years of healthcare experience across clinical and hospital settings and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate of Science in Psychology. Her background includes experience in the NICU, Emergency Room, Orthopedic and Neuro Trauma, Operating Room, and healthcare clinics. As Clinical Manager, Bre’shell oversees clinical operations, supports staff, and helps ensure patients receive compassionate, high-quality care. She is passionate about patient advocacy and building meaningful relationships with families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new experiences, and spending time with her fiancé and daughter.

Juan Gentry brings over 15 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, and employee engagement. As Recruitment & Retention Specialist, she oversees candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support to help build a compassionate and dependable care team. Juan is passionate about connecting with people and helping caregivers fulfill their professional goals while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. Outside of work, she enjoys decorating, design, and spending time with loved ones.
