When I needed help with my husband with dementia Lauren and Hayley were our caregivers and they were excellent. They engaged him in conversation even when he had difficulty communicating, and he enjoyed his time with them. PT with Melissa was his favorite day of the week. As she mixed in fun stories that made him laugh, he worked on the exercises as well as he was able. Thank you Brightside. You helped make his final days good.

All the people I dealt with toward providing companion care for my mother were courteous and always responsive to my inquiries. BRIGHTSTAR accommodated requests for changes in the plan of care. I felt they understood the needs of their elderly clients.

Brighstar Care is a fabulous care facility, there staff goes above and beyond all the time, they are caring, giving, thoughtful and just a joy as they give their all to my care and needs, I could not have asked for a better provider for my needs. Love you all to the moon and back. Michael

I do not normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do so in this case due to the compassionate care provided for my father during our difficult time of hospice. In particular, a very special thank you to Jonathon and Nur, two of the care givers that were just amazing in this difficult time. Their sensitivity, compassion, and care provided for my father was greatly appreciated and made this very difficult time much easier. A special thank you again from our entire family.

We have been very pleasantly surprised by and very happy about the excellent relationship that we have been able to establish with BrightStar Care of Maple Grove-Andover. They were able to onboard us from a very lengthy hospital stay in a very short period of time with excellent RNs, CNAs and caregivers to care for my husband and have been extremely easy to work with during this process. We do have 24 hours of service due to his needs requiring skilled vent nurses that can quickly assess respiratory issues along with management of Congestive Heat Failure symptoms and wound care. BrightStar Care of Maple Grove-Andover has been very attentive to our needs and desires from a health care service provider. As a Health Care Advocate for my husband I am very hands on with working with the company and I feel very strongly that they listen to me and we work very well together in determining my husband’s requirements for care. Everyone from the Owner, Heather, her excellent office, nursing and caregiver staff are extremely nice to work with and have such a caring attitude. It is very apparent that she wants to do the best for us but also the best for her staff that care for my husband at our home as well. They follow up with me almost weekly to ensure that they are providing care appropriately and that we are happy or if any changes are needed. I have never had this much attention from an owner or service from staff before and I am thrilled by it. If staff calls off they always ensure the shift gets filled. I never get told that there just isn’t anyone to send as BrightStar Care of Maple Grove-Andover goes to the “nth” degree to staff and with an appropriate nurse. Their quality of service all around has been top notch! Take if from a family that has had several home health care agencies over the past almost 20 years I highly recommend BrightStar Care of Maple Grove-Andover.

For my care 2024 - now I have used BrightStar for myself as I recovered from back surgery. The office team and caregivers are very impressive from my point of view as the patient receiving care. They call back quickly and prepared a schedule together which was emailed to me. I was happy to see some of the same CNAs that helped my husband last year. I could relax and focus on getting well as soon as they arrived. They do everything needed and then some! I will be hiring them soon again as I have been putting off surgeries due to my husband’s dementia. They have to be done and BrightStar has the best caregivers! For my husband’s care of 3 weeks 2023 - From the moment I contacted Bright Star and received almost immediate help 24/7 - I have been continually impressed and happy with the staff and help they provide. What wonderful, intelligent, warm, sensitive people. Heather (the owner) certainly knows how to hire! They are giving my 80 year old husband with the care he needs that were exhausting me. They notice details and have ideas on how to solve the many little issues that arise with dementia and aging. They are kind to him and are calm themselves. I appreciate every wonderful moment of assistance they are providing. A dream come true!

Absolutely the best agency to work with! (And we tried many others.) First, the owner, Heather, went above and beyond to get us signed up quickly and with the best caregivers, at a time we desperately needed. She called often and checked in to see how things were going daily at first, and then quite often after that. She was always a phone call away. She is caring, and seemed to understand what we needed as a family even before we did. She is the best! Second, I'd like to give a shout out to caregiver, Dorothy. I cannot express the gratitude I have for her caring, empathetic manner of working with my sister and father. She never missed a day and even ended up staying overnight last minute several times when bad weather was impending or when my sister needed extra care. Dorothy was loved by everyone she came into contact with. We still consider her a part of our family, even though my sister died, and we no longer have the privilege of working with her. Last, I'd like to give a shout out to caregiver, Heather, who was another fantastic caregiver. She went above and beyond as well. Totally committed to helping my sister be as comfortable as possible in such a loving way. I cannot express how much I enjoyed working with Heather L. and all the people at BrightStar Care of Maple Grove/Andover. I highly recommend them to work with your loved ones!
