BrightStar Care has been an absolute blessing for our family. The care and support provided by their team, especially our current care giver, have exceeded our expectations in every way. She is not only reliable and professional but also incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my father’s needs.
Our aid has truly become indispensable to us. Her gentle and compassionate approach makes a world of difference in my father’s daily life. She ensures he stays active by helping him exercise five days a week and is always willing to assist with transportation when needed. Beyond her skills, what stands out most is her genuine care and dedication—it’s clear that she loves what she does, and it reflects in the exceptional care she provides.

I knew it was time to get some help for my mom. I am so happy that I called Brightstar! The staff was extremely helpful & understanding. They had someone there almost immediately to assess her while I was in town. Since then Marcia has been there for my mom. She is giving her outstanding care & my mom loves her! I couldn't be happier to hear that my mom is being taken care of & Marcia is easing the burden of my dad who is no longer capable of being her fulltime caregiver.

I am so glad I chose BrightStar to care for my husband during his last days. Alana and the office staff was very understanding and responsive to our needs. The caregivers they assigned to us, Ana and Edna were compassionate, respectful and helpful in so many ways. I will highly recommend BrightStar to anyone I know that is looking for a caregiver.
