My husband and I have been fortunate to have our health thus far - but - recent circumstances resulted in our needing help. I was directed to BrightStar by a trusted health care professional/dear friend, and from the first call I/we have been very pleased. Our current care partner - Ashaloy - has been absolutely fantastic. Her kindness, patience, expertise, good humor, positivity and sheer JOY have made a very challenging time much easier to bear, and we are very grateful. In addition, all support staff at BrightStar - Alexandra, Alana, Mark, Cor, Maggie, Cynthia - incredibly responsive, and compassionate souls.

We have had a good experience working with BrightStar. Our aide Margaret has been wonderful. She is efficient, friendly and has been great as a live in caregiver. We love having her.

My sister and I were extremely pleased by the service we received from everyone we worked with at BrightStar Care. Our 90 year old father was recuperating from a serious fall, and he was in need of help. Brightstar sent an angel, Ashaloy, to us. She was positive, professional and had our dad on a routine that he thrived in. We couldn’t ask for anyone better!!

BrightStar has been a blessing to us during a very difficult time. From the start, Alana was immediately helpful and acted as if you were the only item on her plate for the day. That kind of help is so important when you are going through hard times. We've had the pleasure of getting care services from both Gifty and Andrea and they are both so caring, helpful, responsible and knowledgeable. They have both been a friend to my sister as well. For the short 3 days we had BrightStar's help with our Mom, they were very caring and helpful. Alana was informative and was able to accommodate are needs quickly. Mercy as the home health aid was caring and compassionate. The nurse who did mom's initial assessment was also informative and compassionate. Thank you to all.

Over the last year or so we have hired a nurse to visit with my parents, help my dad out with his grooming and some light work in the house. My parents were very nervous about having a stranger in their house and, as you can imagine, my father was extremely uncomfortable with the notion of someone helping him out in the bathroom. Our nurse, Felix, not only does a spectacular job and all of these things, but my parents have really grown to love and trust him. To say he is exceptional is an understatement! He’s become like one of the family! Felix not only takes care of all of their needs, but he keeps the rest of us up to date with any concerns he might have regarding either of my parents well-being. We were truly blessed when we found Brightstar Healthcare and were connected with Felix!!! we would highly recommend them to anyone in need of senior care assistance!!!

We have been receiving in home services for our dad since August 2023. Alex worked closely with us to choose someone that would match my dad’s needs. What an amazing job she did! Dad was matched with John M. For his in home care. John M. has been such a blessing! John is kind, patient, intuitive, understanding and has valuable elder care experience. Not only does he care for dad’s needs- he has become part of our small family. Thank you to Alex for hearing us, and to John M. For being the wonderful caretaker that he is.

We’re very happy with bright star. My mom’s side, Stephania has been wonderful. Not only is she a skilled HHA but a pleasure to be around helping out with all tasks. We so appreciate her.

We have been happy with the care our 90+ year old father has been receiving from BrightStar Care. They communicate well and are very responsive to our needs and questions. Lohis has been great - she is kind and pleasant, treats Dad with care and respect, and has been a big help with household duties. She's also made some suggestions on accommodations we could make to help Dad manage better. Her care has given us a needed break and it is truly appreciated.
