It is hard to express how grateful we for the homecare team and nurses who have been caring for both mom & dad. Cannot imagine what we would have done without them. And thank you to everyone at Brightstar. We appreciate all you are doing to help our family.

My 89 year old father needed a male helper when he returned home after a long hospital and rehab stay. I knew it would be a huge challenge as he's stubborn and set in his ways, however, Luma rose to the occasion! From the start, Luma made sure to develop a relationship with my father trying to find commonalities so they connected. This extra step has made a world of difference. My father is also blind on top of his other challenges, so that was an added element that Luma's compassion was perfect for. I come from a big family and no matter who was visiting or stopping by, they always praised Luma for how he worked with dad. In addition, whenever there were adjustments needed for hours or other incidentals, the office staff always answered the phone and they provided immediate assistance and instant resolution. I highly recommend Bright Star as a company and a huge shout out to Luma for being "just what the doctor ordered!" Thank you!

I’ve been working with Brightstar for a few months now to care for my disabled son with severe behavioral issues. I can say Brightstar is hard working at ensuring my son’s shifts are always staffed. And that his plan of care needs are Always met. Alana at this office is great with keeping open communication, and listening to provide the best service for my child. And Nurse Regina is phenomenal!!!! She truly cares about providing the best care possible for my child. I have peace of mind while my son is in their care. Thank you to Brightstar. We wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for the staff at BrightStar. My Mom needed a little more care than we could provide, but I didn’t know where to begin. I received some recommendations and called BrightStar. They listened to my Mom’s needs and helped us to set up part time care for her. Ouida was the Caregiver they assigned and my Mom liked her right away. Ouida has been so dependable, supportive and kind with her care. We are so thankful the arrangements are working well and have given us peace of mind. Thank you!

Very thankful to have BrightStar helping our family at this time. Their aides, especially Daniel and George, have been patient, caring and respectful. Alana is always kind and quick to respond. Everyone at the office is very accommodating to our family's needs as they grow and change.

I would recommend Bright Star Care for many reasons. I mostly was in contact with Alana who was professional, patient, and helpful. My experiences with Grace and Alex were the same. My husband's aid was Luma. From the first day his attributes were noticed and appreciated. Luma watched and cared for my husband and consistently anticipated his needs, prepare meals and sit with him and chat, drive him to dr. appointments, and PT where he would stand next to him to guide him. On nice days he would drive take a neighborhood walk, drive him to a park, or the library. Rainy days he would turn on a soccer game. My husband saw him as a friend as well as a caregiver. Luma respected our home and privacy. He is polite, intelligent and could anticipate when my husband needed a nap, snack, or medication reminder. Luma became a team member and we worked together very well. When Luma couldn't be here Alana and the staff would always try to send another aid with similar attributes. I can't say enough good things about my experiences with Bright Star. They did their best to take care of my husband and provide the help he needed.

They took the time to understand my son individual needs and consistently went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and supported. Communication with the office staff has also been smooth and responsive. They’ve been flexible with scheduling and quick to address any questions and concerns.
