*Honest review*I have been working at company since October, & love the staff.. the owner/boss Dr. Gena is amazing, I must shout out Heidi as well they’ve been there since I started, & have always been reliable! HR is always responsive, & my go to guy for any questions! All my coworkers are friendly, & professional. I started as a caregiver, & loved it, & now love it even more as a nurse. I recommend the company for sure, it’s not perfect, but I do believe that everyone here genuinely cares.

I have been working with Genesis & team for the last 7 months since my move to San Diego. Moving across the country & finding a new infusion nursing team was super stressful for me - i feel very lucky that I landed with Brightstar. Every member of Genesis team at Brightstar who has come into my home has been professional, compassionate, and supportive. They are also extremely sweet to my dog. Having strangers come into your home for medical treatments can be a bit awkward but Genesis team truly makes you comfortable and at ease. I love forward to my visits monthly. My nurse Amelia is awesome & I am so pleased with my care team! Thank you!!!

We sought out multiple agencies for my mother who’s living with Dementia, around San Diego before we moved from Arkansas. It was stressful. Thankfully Dr. Génesis and her team were truly a blessing. They were courteous, compassionate and understanding of the emotional roller coaster. They made the process a breeze and have sent amazing caregivers! I’m not one to often review a location unless they are a spectacular business and I can say with my whole heart that BrightStar is just that! Every individual we have been blessed to work with have supported our family and needs to such a high level of care. The compassion of the owners, office personnel and caregivers, all around encompassed what true humanity should be, not only did they provide such amazing support for my son but they treated the entire family with care. I will make sure if the need arises to work with BrightStar again!!!
