Been thrilled with the service my son receives from BrightStar Care Naperville. Nurse Brittany has been coming to our house weekly to administer an IV infusion for more than three years now. Thankful for the care and concern she shows, her flexibility when schedules need to change due to other things going on, and her upbeat personality. We always look forward to her visits!

My nurse, Britney has been amazing through the whole drawn out process of my recovery from lymphatic surgery (where she came twice a day to milk the drain) to my current condition which requires me to have IV antibiotics administered daily in my home. She’s so conscientious and accommodating. With all of the appointments that crop up, she remains flexible. She responds immediately to text or email. I feel like I hit the jackpot when Bright Star assigned Britney to me.

Nancy is an exceptional caring caregiver who helps with my 92 year old Dad. Bright Star care helps us keep Dad in his home of 70 years where he is happy and comfortable. Nancy cooks good meals, and keeps Dad engaged with games, movies and makes sure he gets outdoors to visit neighbors. Our family has such peace of mind when Nancy is there.

We are so grateful for the exceptional care provided by BrightStar Care. Sabine and Lidia went above and beyond with compassion, kindness, and support—not only for my mother, but also for us as her adult children. Their presence brought comfort and peace during a difficult time. The entire BrightStar team was amazing and always just a phone call away to answer questions. We could not have asked for better care.

We signed up for Bright Star services. Chuck was sent to our house and he has been a God send. Not only does he have a pleasant personality, but he is a hard worker, strong, very efficient and can handle all situations in a smooth manner. He does not get flustered. I wish we could have him 7 days if the week.
