Trence is a hard working professional care giver. He has an outgoing personality. He is kind and handles me in a gentle manner. I feel safe whenever he is working with me and taking care of my needs. We highly recommend him.

We signed up for Bright Star services. Chuck was sent to our house and he has been a God send. Not only does he have a pleasant personality, but he is a hard worker, strong, very efficient and can handle all situations in a smooth manner. He does not get flustered. I wish we could have him 7 days if the week.

My 5 year old car looked and smelled brand new after getting a full inside and out detail.

My dad went into the hospital and my mom can not be alone since she has dementia. Since I now live out of state, we needed help with this matter till I could get home. Brightstar was easy to work with getting someone to watch my mom. Things were crazy at first but Sharray, Erika, Niasia, and Isela stepped in. I did not get to meet them all but I hear they were great at keeping her safe, fed and happy. One even helped my mom shower which can be an impossible task which can be an issue with dementia. I worked most with Isela who engaged well with my mom. Mom is also a bit feeble and Isela is good with helping her move around and assist when needed in the bathroom. Isela is helping her bring back her lost love of artwork which will help when Mom has to be in Memory Care which is the next step. I also appreciate that Brightstar is an approved agency that will help go towards Mom's long term care policy. Thank you for the help!

I needed to secure after hospital care after some minor surgery. Unfortunately, neither my wife nor I could handle the process of cleaning and packing my open wound daily. Thank Goodness for BrightStar, and Nurse Kristen in particular, who went above and beyond the call of duty to attend to my wound! Not only was she a great nurse, but a wonderful person as well. I would highly recommend both BrightStar and Kristen for their ultimate care and professionalism!!!

We especially would like to give a shout out to Trence who has worked with my husband a number of days. He is caring and friendly and will make every effort to see that my husband is comfortable and well cared for. We would also like to praise Angelika. It is always a pleasure to have her care for my husband. She has a calm and confident manner and is so proficient at everything she does for us.
