We are so happy we started with Bright Star. Our brother needed some daily life skills assistance and there team stepped up immediately. Mercedes has been a tremendous help to us and she is extremely supportive and caring. She is truly a blessing for us!😍

Piya has been fantastic. She has been coming weekday evenings for my grandma, and my grandma talks about how sweet she is & how she is very attentive to her needs but still gives her enough space to be independent when she can.

Tonianne is fantastic with my mom. She took her for a walk on the Riverwalk and my mom had great conversations with her while she was her caregiver. Very attentive to my mom’s needs while also allowing her to be independent when she can.

Our family has been very pleased with Bright Star Care. We have a new care taker, Desiree, who has been very helpful in implementing my mother in laws care plan. Her focus remains on self help skills and exercises. In addition she is my mother in laws right hand man helping with many household chores.

Trents is a God Send to us. My husband has Alzheimer's. He fell and broke his hip. I called BrightStar and they sent us Trents. My husband is 6'5 and I can't handle him by myself. From the beginning I knew we were so blessed. They have a special bond. Trents is walking him and has an exercise routine. My husband is stronger than he has been in years. Brightstar Care was the best of three companion care firms I tried. They had a distinct service group for people with Dementia. They're planning for caregiver scheduling, online and phone communication on a weekly basis was outstanding. They also were great at adjusting and tailoring the skills of caregivers to meet your needs.

Our family needed help for a disabled family member to attend a graduation. Aide Karina was phenomenal. Very friendly and attentive. By the end of the day she felt like family to us. We are very grateful to Karina and Brightstar.
