I have used different health care agencies in the past but I chose Bright Star for it’s reputation and for their skilled nursing. Everyone from the owner, the manager Christy, to the amazing nurses that helped my husband recover from his hospital stay were professional and extremely helpful. It allowed me a level of comfort to know that my husband was in good hands. I thought the transition from the hospital to home was going to be more challenging but the team of nurses that BrightStar sent to our home made this transition much easier than I imagined. We had an exceptional experience with Bright Star with in-home care for my mother. Ours was a complicated case that rapidly changed to 24 hour care. The office staff listened and reacted promptly to all our requests. The owner, Deep, met us at the hospital with a RN nurse to evaluate my mom’s needs. All of the care providers they assigned to us were knowledgeable, experienced, punctual and above all compassionate professionals. So grateful for all of them!
