North Metro Foster Dog

During a sales call at a local community center, we came across this sweet boy—lost, hungry, and in need of help. We shared some leftover food from lunch, and to our surprise, he didn’t run away. A granola bar was enough to earn his trust, and it became clear—dogs have an uncanny way of knowing who they can rely on.

With gentle patience, I carefully placed a leash around his neck and guided him to the car. He was weak, flea-ridden, and covered in open wounds. Before lifting him into my SUV, I softly petted his head and asked him not to bite me. He didn’t. Instead, he laid down in the backseat with a look of pure relief.

After making a few stops, we took him to Petco to check for a microchip—he had none. Wanting to ensure he had the best chance at recovery, I reached out to the rescue organization where we adopted our own dogs, and they agreed to sponsor him. At the vet, despite his nervousness, he received vaccines and a full checkup. I committed to fostering him, and over time, we nursed him back to health.

His eyes have cleared up, his wounds have healed, and the fleas are gone. What was once a weak and struggling dog is now a thriving, 92-pound gentle giant. Even our little 11-pound and 14-pound Shih Tzus have taken to playing with him. This experience speaks to who we are. When you work with us, you’re choosing a company led by someone who cares—not just about business, but about people, animals, and the well-being of those around us. We approach every client with the same empathy and compassion that we showed Rubio, because to us, caring isn’t just a promise—it’s a way of life.
