I am extremely happy with BrightStare Care. My mother-in-law is in an independent living facility with the option to move to assisted living. Her preference, of course, is to stay in the independent living facility but she required some help with medication, dressing, showering, etc. I was quite impressed with not only my initial conversations but with our first meet up at the facility. They are very professional, praised my mother-in-law on what she could accomplish on her own and picked up things in her surrounds to get her talking (interests). Never any negative comments. I have now been using BrightStar Care since the end of January and the communications continues to be wonderful. I love Ann Marie, again very positive and reminds us/my mother-in-law that certain things are "ok" or natural at her age. Her memory is going but she can still get to and fro where she needs to be. they have enabled her to stay in a room where she is most comfortable and knows her routine. 5 Starts for sure!!!

Welcome to BrightStar Care of Norwood! My name is Brian Silven and I own and operate the Norwood division. In the Spring of 2015, BrightStar Care of Norwood opened, and look how we have grown!  Our team is made up of caring and compassionate individuals who will guide you through your care journey. We are fully Joint Commission accredited, with the highest standards. The Norwood division provides the full spectrum of care from skilled nursing care to assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, as well as transportation. If you need assistance for yourself or a loved one, please give us a call.
