We have been using Brightstar for my father's full time care for the past 6 months. And while most all the caregivers that have helped us out are caring and competent, there is a new one to our line up that I would like to give a shout out to. Queen is very professional and attentive to my father. He responds well to her and we are very appreciative of her genuine concern for him.
He has been blessed to have Katrina and Maryam on his team from the beginning. Two very professional ladies that we are lucky to have caring for my dad!

I had to switch caregiver agencies in my dad's final days because the other agency was not qualified to provide all levels of comfort and care for my dad while in hospice. BrightStar was amazing and the caregiver nurses made sure that my dad was as comfortable as possible. I was honored to have nurse Gladys attend my dad and witness his final moments. I could not have asked for a better woman to be present with him. Gladys is also a minister and offered me inspiration and comfort and right after my dad passed we both stood beside the bed and prayed for him together.
Nurses jasmine and Nicole were also wonderful witnesses to his final hours, the night before and the day before.
Everyone deserves to have a compassionate presence when they are dying - - someone who knows how to provide comfort on all levels - - and BrightStar provided!
The team was provided valuable guidance and wonderful assistance- all done with a warm, flexible demeanor. Can’t thank them enough.

BrightStar came to our rescue faster than anyone else we called the day my mom had a fall. They were the first ones out and have provided months of reliable, compassionate service. Yazmin was the kind aide who visited most and she was warm and sweet and so helpful. A senior relative lives alone and was taken to a hospital for assessment after a wandering-off incident. The hospital would not allow my relative to return home without full-time support. BrightStar leapt into action, provided 24/7 support within 2 hours, and my relative was allowed to return home the same day. Over the next 3 months BrightStar responded quickly to a variety of issues that arose. I especially appreciate the efforts of Kelly Winters, Mary Dembinski, Jean Laib, Estella Deleon, Sheila Patterson, Jennifer B, Adwoa AJ, Oluwatoyin, and Maryrose.
