Good Shepherd Lutheran Church provides respite opportunities for families of kids with disabilities once a month. We always have a nurse on staff for this wonderful event from BrightStar Care. During one of our respite Saturdays ljeoma was our nurse. She was so friendly, attentive, respective, professional and willing to help wherever was needed. We loved having her be a part of our day! Thanks for doing your job well!

Very pleased with this company. I like that they are available at all hours. Diane R. is my Dad's caregiver and she is really wonderful. She interacts with my Dad and takes very good care of him. We are so blessed to have her.

Our caregiver, Juanita, was compassionate, dependable & took initiative with meals & overall care. BrightStar & Juanita were flexible, dependable, reliable, on time, and accessible. If needed, I would use BrightStar & Juanita again without question.

My mom hired BrightStar to assist with caring for my dad on home hospice. As an RN myself, I was impressed with how the CNAs did a clear and concise hand off during shift change. The CNAs worked hard caring for my ailing father while also doing laundry and other tasks. Having her husband on home hospice was stressful, but the cnas allowed my mom to get much needed rest and respite. As we need started to need round the clock medication we were able to switch to RNs overnight easily; however he passed away before we were able to implement that but we appreciate being able to up to that level had it been needed. Katrina was the absolute most kindest, wonderful CNA and we plan to request Brightstar to have her come back and assist after my mothers upcoming surgery. We cannot say enough good things about Katrina, Louisa, Dizae, Lovelyn, Arlene and Judy. Thank you Brightstar for hiring the best and most caring CNAs to assist my mother to care for my dying father. You made a very difficult time manageable.
