I’ve been working for BrightStar for a little less than a year. I have worked for a lot of home health companies, but never like this one. Everyone in the office is so caring and compassionate, not only for the clients, but for their employees. Ryan and Samantha and amazing people to work along side and care for their clients just as much as us caregivers do. This company goes above and beyond!

The kindness the people in this company have shown this past year to my Mom who has needed a companion almost 24 hours a day has been over the top.
Ryan and Samantha have shown up personally to check on her well being and bring her little gifts. They have worked tirelessly to meet my Moms needs from scheduling to getting her the caregivers she asked for.
She grew especially fond of Brittany and Lisa as they knew just what she needed and she felt their love for her. They both went the extra mile to make her feel comfortable. They are A+ in their caregiving skills. Prudence was her night care person and she loved her kindness and smile.
They all made me feel at ease because I felt my Mom was in good hands. Highly recommend.

I own Med-Right Home Modifications in Omaha, we specialize in Universal Design and age In place. The team at Brightstar Care entrusted a couple of their clients for home modifications. In conversation, both clients relayed to us their happiness with Bright Star and that they would use them again, as well refer them to their family and friends. I could not be happier with BrightStar Care's services. They have saved the day multiple times when we were in a pinch looking for childcare on very short notice. The caregivers actually come to our house and have always been amazing with our 1 year old. The owner of the company is hands on and makes sure each experience is a good one. Great company!

Bright Star Care did an amazing job finding skilled, kind caregivers for my Mother. We needed both daytime assistance and overnight support. The people that they sent were all prompt, and took good care of my mother and of her home. They helped with personal care, such as hair washing, and other things like laundry and changing bedding. I highly recommend Bright Star Care, along with owners Ryan and Samantha, for any caregiving needs.
