I contacted BrightStar for their services for help after my jaw surgery! It was a big surgery I was getting done and didn’t have the help of friends or family afterwards that’s was required for after care! But thankfully I found BrightStar! Their staff, especially Cheri and Naya, who were so incredibly helpful! I was in a lot of pain and in and out of sleep the first 72 hours but they kept me on schedule as needed and helped relive whatever worry or need I had! I had them in my home 24/7 for a week straight! They were trustworthy and I felt completely comfortable with them there. I don’t know how I would have gone through my first week post op without them. My initial plan was to only have them the for 1 over night and 4 days. I ended up having them for 7 days straight! They not only helped me but they helped around the house with dishes, laundry and even watering my plants! I highly recommend them for hospital aftercare services! I appreciate their help greatly and am so grateful!

Bright Star offers great clinical oversight for their clients. They have an RN on staff who meets with each client before they start services and follows up with their clients every 30 days. I highly recommend calling Samantha Major when you are looking for Home Care Services for your family member.

As a counselor and elder care professional, I referred a dear older couple to Bright Star for at-home services, as the husband’s health has been in decline. Ryan and Sam were able to arrange an at-home meeting right away, and it went very well. They’re caring and intelligent, they listen, develop trust, and offer ideas for care.
