Supporting Our Omaha Community with Compassion and Care

At BrightStar Care of Omaha, we believe that caring for others means supporting both physical and emotional well-being. That’s why Mental Health Awareness Month, observed every May, is especially important to us. It's a time to shed light on the importance of mental health, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals and families to seek the support they need.

Why Mental Health Awareness Matters

Mental health challenges affect 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. each year. Yet despite how common it is, many people suffer in silence due to stigma, lack of access to care, or simply not knowing where to turn. At BrightStar Care, we witness daily how emotional health plays a crucial role in healing, caregiving, and quality of life. By talking about mental health openly, we make it easier for others to do the same.
