Finding Brightstar felt like divine intervention. My family’s home health care journey has been challenging. My snowbird mother was injured while visiting in Florida, left with out of state insurance, no primary physician, and a long stay in a local hospital. I was beyond overwhelmed. The hospital was unable to find a skilled home health agency that could work with her issues. The time in hospital had left my mother with a level 4 pressure ulcer that required wound vac care, physical & occupational therapy. At my wits end I saw a commercial for Brightstar, so I called. I was directed to Eric. He heard my dilemma and followed up within the hour with positive news. Brightstar would be able to provide wound care and home health services for my mother. Things got even better when Jasmine the wound care nurse for my mother showed up and got things started. Jasmine is beyond excellent. She is knowledgeable,Patient with the family, and very respectful. I feel like my prayers were answered. I would highly recommend Brightstar they follow up and provide quality service. The choice of where to find quality care in Pasco county Fl was mission impossible before Brightstar. *Update even with few reviews people are starting to recognize the great service provided by the company. My family is in need of services again with added tracheotomy tube and PEG tube care which they provide, so we are waiting hoping to get home care again they are busy but worth it.
