I wanted to take a moment to share my experience, as I had never needed live-in care before and honestly wasn’t quite sure what to expect. I’m happy to say that Christiana has truly exceeded any expectations I may have had. From the start, she has been incredibly caring and loving, always treating me with genuine kindness and courtesy.
Christiana prepares my meals just the way I like them. Her sense of humor is fantastic—we share plenty of laughter, and her pleasant personality always brightens up the atmosphere. I truly appreciate her patience and the way she ensures I’m well taken care of, especially when it comes to personal hygiene, keeping up with my medication reminders and making sure I am safe.
Having Christiana has made a real difference, and I wanted to express my appreciation for all the dedication and warmth she brings into my daily life.

I have been using BrightStar for about 4 years now, maybe 5. They are terrific. I have a full time aid for my Mom & she has worked out great for our family. Cecilia is compassionate & caring and really does look out for our mother. I trust her implicitly too. The Office staff is on top of things also. Good communication from the office & if I have a concern they seem to jump right on it. Recently I had a small billing issue. I called and Tina resolved the problem. Bingo. Problem corrected. I am happy we hooked up with them. I have referred a few people to them already & will continue to do so in the future. Thanks BrightStar.

Brightstar staff has been caring a few days a week for my Dad through vets program for 2 years ,shout out to professional care organizer Tina for always keeping me informed and works with us with scheduling and my Dads caregiver Eric , who is very compassionate and caring .

I was reluctant to have outsiders help with my dad, but I am glad I did. I have started with a few hours a day on the weekends, so I could be around to explain the routine we have. Now I can run errands and know he is being cared for and socialized. This is in preparation if more care is needed as he ages and battles cancer. Bright star has been reliable and I have had caring aids.
