We specialize in complex, long-term pediatric nursing for medically fragile children and adults who require 1:1 care. Our RNs and LPNs are experts in ventilator dependency, tracheostomy care, and G-tube management.
Our pediatric service area is extensive, covering Boston, Wilmington, North Reading, Haverhill, Lawrence, Winchester, Danvers, Peabody, Beverly, Lynn, Salem, Newburyport, and the surrounding area. We work closely with families to ensure their children receive the intensive nursing required to stay home and thrive in their communities. Our services range from respite care for children with special needs to complex medical support for medically fragile pediatric patients. Every pediatric case is managed by a Registered Nurse (RN) who develops a personalized plan of care to ensure "A Higher Standard" of safety and clinical excellence.
Our pediatric nursing team is trained to manage complex medical needs, including:
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator care
- Feeding tube management (G-tubes, J-tubes, and NG-tubes)
- Complex IV therapy and medication administration
- Neonatal care for premature infants
- Support for chronic conditions like Cystic Fibrosis, Cerebral Palsy, and Seizure Disorders
Absolutely. We provide specialized Personal Care and Companion Care for children with autism (ASD), Down syndrome, and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. Our caregivers assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, and mobility, allowing parents in North Shore and Merrimack Valley areas to receive much-needed respite.
